What To Bring

For Zoom Yoga classes, please log in 10-15 minutes prior to the start of class. You will be put into a "waiting room" and will be checked in to class one at a time. 


If you are new to our Zoom classes, please email me in advance so you I can provide our standard waiver.


Class will begin at the top of the hour and no additional students can be checked in once the class starts, so please arrive early.


For Limited In-Person classes, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in at the aerobics room and get settled.


There are a few things you'll need to have with you during our yoga classes (mats, straps, and blocks are available for your use at the in-person classes):


Yoga Mat
You can find one similar to the photo on the right at Target, Walmart, or Amazon. 

 

Strap

We often use a strap for stretching. You may purchase one at Target, Walmart, or Amazon, or just use a neck tie or long scarf.


Block/Bolster/Pillow

Other helpful items for your practice include a block or bolster to provide a foundation for your hands during standing forward fold or for your head when lying in savasana or doing some stretching exercises. A pillow may be used to sit on or for under your head during savasana. 


Water Bottle & Small Towel

 

Comfortable Clothing
Wear sweat pants, yoga pants, or shorts plus a tank top or close fitting t-shirt.  When clothing is too loose it is often cumbersome and gets in the way of getting into your postures.
