Classes at Heritage Todd Creek Clubhouse

Our Current Class Times are:  


Mondays:   5:00 - 5:50 p.m. (Zoom only)

     

Wednesdays:  9:00 - 9:50 a.m. (In Person at HTC and Zoom)


These classes begin with gentle stretching and then go through a slow flow through various yoga asanas (poses). Great for first-time and experienced yogis. 

*Punch Card Policy

Punch cards are valid for 6 months from the original purchase date. Due to COVID-19 and the temporary shut-down of classes, all punch cards that were valid in February 2020 will be valid through December 31, 2021. An unused portion of a punch card may be transferred to another student by signing your original unused card over to that student within the valid date. Unused cards are not reimbursable for cash. 

In-Person Classes on Wednesdays are held at the Heritage Todd Creek Golf Clubhouse located at

I-25 to the Hwy 7 exit (160th Street) and head East for approximately 5 miles.

Turn right (South) on Yosemite Street.

Turn right (West) on Heritage Drive to the Clubhouse.

$9/class for a 4-class punch card*


$8/class for an 8-class punch card*

 

We accept Zelle and checks made out to Sun Spirit Yoga. Please email me for payment instructions when you're ready for a new punch card.
